"This dish is so easy to make, but seriously impressive, and ready in under 30 minutes. A sweet and punchy glaze enhances the natural taste of the salmon and it's served with some fresh green beans and finished off with some wonderful roasted Ayrshire New potatoes." - Recipe created for Seasonal Spuds, by Dannii Martin at Hungry Healthy Happy.
