Ingredients

  • 600g Brussels sprouts
  • 25g butter
  • Sea salt & black pepper to season

Method

  1. 1Remove any loose leaves from the sprouts and trim off the base.
  2. 2Add the sprouts to a pan of boiling water and simmer gently for 8-12 minutes until they are tender. Drain the water away and add the butter and seasoning before serving.
